This article explains where you can place the post url in our dialer, unfortunately we are not able to assist in coding your CRM’s API.

To use the easy CRM Integration feature with your Predictive Dialer, you must first create the API code within your CRM.

As a company policy we do not provide support on any external software integration, for assistance on your CRM's API, please contact the helpdesk of your CRM software.

You MUST make sure that the database fields in your CRM match the database fields that are in the dialer.

Once you have your API created in your CRM, all you will need to do is place the HTTP POST in the dialer.

You can create a different HTTP POST for each agent.

Click on the Admin Tab and then click on the Edit Properties icon for the agent that you want to provide the HTTP POST to.

This will open a new window.

In that window, you can place your HTTP POST in the field named "POST url:"

In the above image, you will want the url to link to your CRM, and place it in the Post URL link.

In this example we created a custom datatbase field name ClientId.

Then we use #{Variable} and replace Variable with ClientID. Example: #{ClientId}

The Database Field Name is cap sensitive and MUST be typed the exact same way it is in your dialer's database.

To see what your database fields are in the dialer, you need to be logged in as an administrator.

Click on the Admin Tab, then on the lower right corner click on "Setup Database Fields"

In the window that pops up, you will be able to see your database fields.


Now Save the changes and the next time your agent logs in, they will have a new image that they can click on in their Contact View page.



They will want to click on this BEFORE they disposition the call.

Once that is clicked, the data that you requested from this call, which is what the agent sees on the Contact View Tab, will be posted to the link that you placed in the agent's POST url field.
