Saving Notes

If you want your agents to place notes in the dialer, they can do so on the Contact View Tab while they are speaking to the lead.

On the lower right corner of the screen is a place to add notes.


Once the agent finishes typing the notes, they need to click on "Add Note" to add the note.

You can view the note in two places.

You can search for the lead by their ten digit phone number in the List View Tab.

When you locate the correct lead, click on the eye (View Contact) in the list to view that link.

You will then be taken to the Contact View Tab and you can see the note there.

As an administrator, you can run a CDR Report on the campaign that the lead was called from.

Once you receive the report, you can view the note in the Status Tab.
